STATE COLLEGE, Pa., Jul 21, 2009 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX News Network) -- Rex Energy Corporation ("Rex Energy") (Nasdaq:REXX) announced today its plans to release second quarter 2009 earnings Thursday, July 30, 2009 after the market closes.
